Le Cascine property enjoys wonderful views over the bordering Villa Carolina Golf Club, one of the most attractive in the region with its 36 holes and a mild climate allowing very short winter closings and always enjoyable summers; within 15 to 30 minutes there are three 18 holes courses and the 36 holes Margara Golf, giving the opportunity to play a different course each day of the week.

Horse riding and showjumping

The region is a fortunate location for riding stables and hosting horses. There are plenty of structures offering all kind of activities for horseback riding, from the large and elegant riding stable to structures hosting horses in their large paddocks.

Within 30 kilometers from the property you may pick up the large complex with shed for practice and showjumping in the cold winter, riding schools, horseball, or you may opt for the many small stables and ranches for daily horseback rides through the country.

Cycling

No matter what your favourite pace, you can pick up an itinerary amid hundreds just off "Le Cascine" property.

The vast Po Valley begins just down the hill and you can pedal there for a long and fast training or you can pick up the many hard climbs on the hills here around, always on quiet roads clear of traffic. The Monferrato hills were the native places where the famous champions Coppi and Girardengo started pedalling as kids on their bicycles and a museum in Novi Ligure remembers their records.

But these hills offer also a large quantity of opportunities for mountain bike lovers: itineraries crossing vineyards or descending uncontaminated woods, easy roads in the fields or more difficult routes are at hand reach.
